Changes or Cancellations to Orders

We want you to feel like you are in good hands when purchasing with Houseplantarama Co., so please take your time when placing your order, and please feel to reach out to ask us any questions you may have.

Once an order has been placed in our system, we have only a very small window of time to change or cancel your order, including change of address. If there is a change that needs to be made, such as a change in colour/style/shipping address, please contact us immediately via enquiries@houseplantarama.com and we will endeavour to organise this for you. If however, we have already initiated the printing process on our end, unfortunately any chances or cancellation requests to your order/s will be denied. In this case, your order will need to exchange it according to our specific Exchange Policy (read on!)

Exchanges

We love happy customers just as much as we love house plants so if you are not 100% happy with the size, colour or style, then simply return and exchange it!

To exchange, please ensure your product is unworn, unwashed, unmarked, original tags remain on and product is sent back in the original plastic packaging. Exchange on sale items is subject to availability – if your preferred size/style/colour is no longer, we will be unable to exchange your original order.

Exchange Process For Change of Mind or Incorrect Sizing

  1. Exchanges must be requested via enquiries@houseplantarama.com within 14 days of the day of recorded delivery.
  2. Return postage must be paid for by, you, the customer, unless product/s is deemed faulty (for faulty products, see below)
  3. You will also be responsible for providing an empty 500g Parcel Post Satchel for tanks, t-shirts, kids and baby apparel, or a 1kg Parcel Post Satchel for jumpers and hoodies for us to ship your exchange back to you. These satchels can be purchased from Australia post. If you do not include the required satchel, you will need to contact us to arrangement payment for shipping of the new item/s.  
  4. Return your original product(s) along with your empty 500g Parcel Post Satchel to the address supplied on the back of your original parcel sent by us. If unsure, please email as at enquiries@houseplantarama.com
  5. Please note we are not responsible for lost return packages and highly recommend that you track your parcel through Australia Post.
  6. Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will notify you via email that your return package has been returned.
  7. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your exchange to be processed and your new product/s to be dispatched.

Incorrect or FAULTY/Damaged Products

Although we go to extreme lengths to monitor our quality control, we can occasionally miss a damaged/faulty item. If you believe you have received a faulty or an incorrect item, please email us immediately via enquiries@houseplantarama.com and include photos of your damaged or incorrect item/s. If deemed damaged/faulty or incorrect, we will organise for a replacement of the exact same item to be shipped to you ASAP, free of charge.

If you have received damaged, incorrect or incomplete product/s, it is your responsibility to contact within 7 days of your order/s arriving.

If your clothing item is damaged when you wash your garment/s, you will not be entitled to an exchange. Please ensure your wash your garment/s according to our Product Care instructions. If your garments are washed according to these instructions, you should not have any issues.

Returns

We truly hope you love your Houseplantarama Co. apparel but if for whatever reason you would like a full money back refund, please contact us via email : enquiries@houseplantarama.com.

**PLEASE NOTE REFUNDS ARE NOT HANDLED IN THE SAME WAY AS EXCHANGES SO RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACTIONED UNLESS YOU EMAIL US FIRST**
